On the paper is written:ABRADOR-Rillesauber, zwei Worte-ein Begriff! (two Words-one Understanding !)

"As soon as circunstances will allow, this well-prooved Spezial-Handseife of Luhns will return. In the meantime ABRALIN will be a usefull help"

This is an obvious reference to the war in the way that the factory couldn't produce quality anymore
